McCORMICK v. KMART DISTRIBUTION CENTER
This matter is before the Court upon the Motion for Summary Judgment on behalf of Defendants, Kmart Corporation (“Kmart”) and Sheldon Spiva (“Spiva”) (Dkt.# 36).

In her Complaint, Plaintiff alleges that she was a victim of both hostile work environment and quid pro quo sexual harassment at the hands of Spiva1, in violation of O.R.C. § 4112 et seq. (Counts I and II, respectively). In addition, Plaintiff asserts a violation of Ohio public policy (Count III) and a claim for intentional infliction of emotional distress (Count IV). Subject matter jurisdiction is premised upon 28 U.S.C. § 1332 (1996).
